1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777d22 ("777d22", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at https://777d22.net. These Terms apply to all services offered by 777d22, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, virtual games, and any promotional or bonus offerings associated with the platform.

Your access to and use of 777d22 is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one has been registered.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and use 777d22, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players who are under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting activity on 777d22.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register accounts.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

777d22 operates a strict age verification process. At the time of registration, you will be required to confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a valid national identification card, passport, or driving licence. Accounts for which age verification cannot be completed will be suspended and any pending withdrawals withheld pending resolution.

If you become aware that a minor is using your account or has gained access to your login credentials, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. 777d22 will not be held responsible for any access by minors that results from a player's failure to safeguard their account credentials.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services offered by 777d22, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. All information submitted during registration must be truthful, current, and complete.

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 777d22. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777d22 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and confiscate any balance held across those accounts without notice.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 777d22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified 777d22 of unauthorised access.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

777d22 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address (such as a recent bank statement or utility bill dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may have their withdrawal requests paused until verification is complete.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during the KYC process is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 777d22 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform does not apply currency conversion to player account balances. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made on the platform.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction caps.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 777d22 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are also accepted and may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance.
• Deposits made via Visa and Mastercard are subject to standard card processing timelines.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a different person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• 777d22 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are returned to the original payment method used to make the corresponding deposit. If your original deposit method is unavailable, our support team will advise on the appropriate alternative.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 1–3 hours of approval. Bank transfers are typically completed within one business day.
• 777d22 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals of unusually large amounts.
• Players who have accepted bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawals can be approved. The specific requirements applicable to each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Withdrawal requests may be paused pending resolution of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or terms violations.

Responsible Financial Conduct

Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits within their account settings to help manage their gambling expenditure. Deposit limits can be set on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 777d22. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within each relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. 777d22 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by our system, except in circumstances where the platform has made a manifest error (see below).
• Minimum bet amounts are displayed at the point of bet placement and vary by market and sport. Maximum bet limits are also applied at the market level.
• All odds are displayed in decimal format by default. 777d22 reserves the right to correct odds that were published erroneously. Bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at our discretion.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during an event at 777d22's discretion, including during periods of high volatility or suspected match irregularities.
• Cricket betting on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, bilateral Test series, and international Bangladesh fixtures is subject to International Cricket Council (ICC) anti-corruption standards. Any bet placed on information derived from corrupt activity will be voided.

Casino and Slots Rules

• All casino games — including slots, live dealer games, and table games — use certified random number generators (RNG) or are streamed live from regulated studios. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game session, 777d22's server records will be used as the definitive record of game state and outcome. Where a game result cannot be determined due to a technical fault on our side, the bet will be refunded.
• Maximum win caps may apply to certain slot games. These caps are displayed in the relevant game information panel prior to play.
• Automated play, use of bots, scripted betting, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any winnings.

Manifest Errors

777d22 reserves the right to void bets or adjust payouts where a manifest or obvious error has occurred, including but not limited to: incorrect odds, incorrect event information, incorrect game outcomes caused by technical malfunction, or the use of wrong game configurations. A manifest error is one that a reasonable person would immediately recognise as incorrect. 777d22 will not honour bets placed in clear exploitation of such errors.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

777d22 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses offered by 777d22 are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being removed from your account.

Bonus Abuse

777d22 actively monitors bonus usage patterns. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and may result in the cancellation of bonuses, voiding of related winnings, and suspension of the associated account:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Using low-risk or mathematically balanced betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure
• Exploiting promotional terms through coordinated play with other players
• Depositing and withdrawing bonus funds without genuine engagement with the promoted games or markets

Promotion Validity

All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds that remain unplayed at expiry will be removed from your account automatically. It is your responsibility to check the validity period of any bonus before accepting it. 777d22 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

777d22 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude specific players from promotional eligibility where there is evidence of abuse or where the player has previously had a bonus cancelled due to a violation of these Terms.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 777d22 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, please ensure that all pending bets have been settled and that you have withdrawn any remaining balance. Accounts cannot be reopened once permanently closed unless you have applied through our responsible gaming re-onboarding process following a self-exclusion period.

Suspension or Termination by 777d22

777d22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete age or identity verification when requested
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods
• Creation of multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy
• Participation in or coordination of bonus abuse schemes
• Use of automated tools, bots, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage
• Any conduct that 777d22 reasonably believes may harm the integrity of the platform or the experience of other players

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held in the account will be frozen. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited. If no violation is found, the balance will be released and the account restored or closed at the player's preference.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling can activate a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion options are available for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, login access is disabled and marketing communications are suspended. Permanent self-exclusion prevents re-registration for a minimum of five years. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777d22 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, platform downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control
• Loss of winnings resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage of any kind
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the 777d22 platform, including odds, game outcomes, or promotional communications
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials

777d22 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or viruses, or that any specific game or market will be available at any given time.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Governing Language and Disputes

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with the English-language version. Our team will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. 777d22 is committed to transparent, good-faith resolution of all player complaints.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 777d22 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
